RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  FTOA Marketplace

At FTOA Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while respecting the vendors on our platform. This policy applies to all purchases made through FTOA Marketplace.

1. Return Period
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
– Be in its original condition (unused, undamaged)
– Be returned in its original packaging
– Include all accessories and manuals
– Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

3. Non-Refundable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
– Digital products (downloads, software, e-books)
– Customized or made-to-order items
– Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

4. Return Process
The customer must:
1. Contact customer support via support-tech@ftoa.com or WhatsApp
2. Explain the reason for the return with photo(s) as evidence
3. Wait for approval before returning the product

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or sent by mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds
After inspection and approval:
– Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
– Refunds are issued using the original payment method
– FTOA may offer store credit or exchange if the customer prefers

7. Disputes or Undelivered Items
Any dispute must be reported within 15 days of the order. FTOA acts as a mediator between the seller and the buyer.
